We will fax a proof of incarceration and invoice the day of arrest or the following day if arrest occurs late in the evening.
NOTE: If more than one rate applies, the greater fee will be charged.
OUR FEES:
Any bond over $10,000 will be a fee of
10% of bond
Any fugitive arrested over 100 miles of the bonding company
15% of bond
Any file we accept which is over 60 days from the forfeiture
15% of bond
In the event the bond is revoked by the co-signer or bondsman,and the whereabouts of the indemnitor is known, then a fee of 5% of the bond will be charged,along with a transportation fee.< >< >
Fugitive Transport -
Over 100 Miles $50.00; all other transports @ $0.75/ mile
If you have a large bond that you want to verify, our agents can go to the address of defendant and indemnitors residence and/or place of work. Also all other addresses and telephone numbers can be verified. If we find anything amiss we will notify you in writing so you can surrender the file.
Any time the bond company decides to re-bond a fugitive after we receive the file, the company will still be charged the original fee.
REQUIREMENTS - We will need copies of the following items:
Copy of the bond
Defendant's and indemnitor's application
Copy of the warrant
A good picture of the defendant and if available a picture of the indemnitor
Signed Authorization to Arrest form
Any time the bond company decides to re-bond a fugitive after we receive the file, Any additional notes or paperwork pertaining to case would be helpful company will still be charged the original fee.
